Recently, the client team visited Guangdong Yuchi Electronics Co., Ltd. for a visit and inspection. They had the opportunity to closely experience the enterprise's research and development capabilities, modern production lines, and the full-chain heat management solution capabilities. They had in-depth face-to-face discussions on heat dissipation project requirements, customized development, and delivery guarantees, exploring new opportunities for industry cooperation.
Specializing in the research and production of uniform temperature plates, heat pipes, air cooling and liquid cooling heat dissipation modules, the products are widely used in server, communication equipment, AI computing power, new energy vehicles, energy storage, medical equipment, and other sectors.
The client team first came to the company's exhibition hall. The staff provided a complete introduction of the company's development over the past decade: starting from early precision metal stamping CNC processing, transitioning to the field of communication heat dissipation, establishing international business, breaking through core technologies such as VC heat sink plates and liquid cooling modules, obtaining IATF16949 certification, and successfully entering the new energy vehicle sector. The R&D engineers demonstrated the results of thermal simulation on-site, and the flow velocity, pressure, and temperature cloud diagrams of air cooling and liquid cooling were presented intuitively. The closed-loop R&D system from concept design, simulation simulation, structure development to NPI new product introduction allowed the visiting clients to intuitively experience the technical research foundation. A 30-person professional R&D team, covering simulation, front-end design, product structure, and NPI engineering, can design customized heat dissipation solution designs based on the equipment conditions of the client's equipment, providing one-stop services from solution to mass production.
Subsequently, the client team visited the production workshop in person, visiting the air cooling workshop, liquid cooling workshop, and precision processing area.
In the air cooling workshop, over a hundred CNC processing centers and multi-ton precision stamping equipment were operating in an orderly manner. Four reflow soldering production lines ensured a monthly production capacity of 600K heat dissipation modules. Heat pipe radiators, shovel-shaped radiators, extrusion radiators, and VC uniform temperature plates were processed, welded, and assembled in this area.
In the liquid cooling production area, professional equipment such as tunnel brazing furnaces, vacuum brazing furnaces, ultrasonic C scanning, and helium leak testing were all available. From sheet material processing, brazing welding, to circuit assembly, high-pressure testing, flow resistance testing, and helium leakage detection, each process had strict inspection checkpoints to ensure the sealingity and heat dissipation performance of liquid cooling plates, CPU/GPU liquid cooling components, and manifold assembly products. The client stood by to view the process details and expressed their recognition of the complete production and testing system of liquid cooling.
The client completed the entire process of the birth of heat dissipation products from raw material processing, core process manufacturing, to multi-dimensional reliability testing, truly feeling that the "Honesty Creates Quality, Light Illuminates the Future" concept of Chengguang Industry was implemented in every aspect of production.
After the visit, both parties held a discussion and exchange. Regarding the issues that the client was concerned about, such as the customized development cycle, product performance indicators, quality control, batch delivery, and industry compatibility cases, the technical, production, and business teams provided detailed answers. The client said that this on-site visit allowed them to go beyond paper materials and witness the R&D simulation capabilities, automation production line strength, and complete quality control process, which gave them more confidence for subsequent project cooperation.
